i loved that it was in a quaint neighborhood and I felt safe walking anywhere from the hotel while also enjoying the convenience of being just a bit over 2 km from beautiful Hershey Gardens, perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll.

The breakfast was great, offering waffles that the kids loved, and the kids’ area in the lobby was a hit! The bathroom’s eco-friendly soap dispensers were a clever touch, saving on waste. I’d definitely come back!

The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the kids loved the pool. It’s in a quiet area close to all the Hershey attractions! The game area was a hit for the little ones, too. The dining options were cool, especially the snack bar, but it could use more variety. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Friendly morning staff served excellent coffee, and breakfast was well-organized with a good variety of options. However, the key system failure was a significant inconvenience, requiring staff assistance to access our room. Additionally, the advertised Netflix feature was not operational during our stay.

My stay at Tru By Hilton was quite enjoyable, thanks to the clean and family-friendly environment. Had a fantastic time at this place when we stayed for a hockey game. The lobby was a blast with games and cozy seating where my kids kept themselves entertained.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

The location was unbeatable, just minutes from all the Hershey fun! 🏙️ However, the room was a bit cramped, and I missed having a microwave for my midnight snacks.
